Pricing Policy

Linux System Labs Australia (LSL Australia) has the following Pricing Policy.

• All prices are in Australian Dollar.
• All prices include GST. For international orders, the GST will be removed.
• Stock is subject to availability.
• Pricing and Stock availability are subject to change without notice.

Shipping Policy

• Before you make any purchase, please read the Refund and Warranty Policy.   Make sure that you agree with our policy before placing any order. By submitting the order, you are implicitly stating that you have agreed with the policy. Please do not continue if you do not agree.
• The final price quoted during check out includes the shipping cost for Australian orders. For international orders, shipping cost will be quoted manually by one of our sales personnel.
• If you want to use others payment method (money order or direct bank deposit), please email sales@lsl.com.au  with the list of items you wish to purchase and the shipping address so we can quote you the postage charge and guide you through the rest.
• For customers from WA, NT & QLD, we suggest you to choose "Express" delivery otherwise it can take up to 2 weeks for the goods to arrive using "Standard" post.
• Australia Post will conduct all deliveries. We do not guarantee the parcel will arrive at the destination in the next day, even though the 'Express' option had been selected. If you need the goods urgently then you should ring us to arrange your own courier for a pick up at our premises.

Returns Policy

Linux System Labs Australia (LSL Australia) provides refund except for commercial/official, CDROM and book products. Postage & Handling cost is not refundable. The customer must obtain an RA number from LSL Australia prior to returning the product. The returned product must be in saleable condition. The customer must return the product to LSL Australia on their own expenses.
