LSL Australia DOES NOT provide any warranty implied or non-implied:

• on the content of the products. In case where the product is software, then there is no warranty whatsoever that it will or can install on the customer's machine.
• on the suitability and/or operability of the software to any buyer's need or purpose.
• on the compatibility of the software to any hardware REGARDLESS the compatibility statements provided by each individual product. It is the customer's responsibility to check the hardware compatibility before making any purchase. Please ask us before making the purchase if you are not 100% sure. By continuing the purchase, the customer agrees that no refund will be given in case of hardware incompatibility.
• on hardware compatibility issues. All the CDs and DVDs are burnt in the high speed mode (at least at 16x speed for the CD and 8x speed for the DVDs). Due to this, some old CDROM and DVDROM drives may have problem in reading the media. It is the customers' responsibility to ensure that their drives can read the media that was burnt at the speed specified above before making any purchase.

LSL Australia DOES NOT responsible directly and indirectly on any cause/damage as the result of installing/using the software to any computer system.

LSL Australia ONLY warrants the media used to store the software from being defect. This warranty is only valid for 3 weeks from the date of invoice.

LSL Australia WILL ONLY replace the defective/faulty media with a replacement that contains the same software.

The warranty is provided on the RETURN TO BASE basis. The customer is responsible for returning the product(s) to LSL Australia on the customer's own expenses.
